Colin Manson
Colin Manson’s main skills are motivational and visionary allowing him to be a key driving force behind the growth of Xodus. Prior to setting up Xodus with Steve and Richard, Colin had no MD experience however through the setup of Xodus, rapid growth, acquisitions, a relatively tough first quarter to 2007/08 he has developed into an inspirational leader, leading the Group into the next phase of growth and establishing Xodus as the leading integrated front-end consultancy in the world. Having obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from Herriot Watt University, Colin spent the majority of his career to date building up a strong technical background prior to the setup of Xodus.
