Stephen Swindell
Steve entered the oil and gas industry in 1990 after graduating with a BSc in Chemical Engineering in South Africa in 1985. Since then he has gained extensive process engineering experience and achieved considerable success as a study manager for numerous conceptual field development studies.
After a 15 year career with Genesis, Steve was a founding director of Xodus Group and has been instrumental in building up the Process and Facilities division of Xodus Group. He continues to manage key technical studies as well as lead the Aberdeen operations of Xodus in his own “by example” style.
