Part-time Document Controller – Aberdeen – Maternity Cover
We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Document Controller to join the team in Aberdeen. The role is for approximately 9-12 months on a fixed term basis. 25-30 hours per week. You will be responsible for controlling the issuing, numbering, filing, storing and retrieving of electronic documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Hazards Study Leaders/Chairpersons
To support international development of our business, Xodus is looking to recruit Hazards Study Leaders in strategic locations worldwide on a contract basis. Specifically, we are looking for HAZID, HAZOP, PHA/PHR, SIL/LOPA and Constructability Review Chairpersons.

Due to current growth in the Interconnectors & Cables (I&C) sector and our growing client base we are looking to add to the team through recruitment of a suitably experienced project manager / engineer. Xodus’ I&C team has a broad and varied portfolio, providing the opportunity for a new team member to be involved in some of the latest UK and International projects.
Monitoring / Instrumentation Lead - Glasgow
Due to continued growth in the Vibration Engineering Division we are looking to recruit a Monitoring Systems / Instrument Lead Engineer to further develop our capability. The Xodus Vibration Engineering Division has over 350 man years of experience in conducting vibration risk assessments and troubleshooting of Oil and Gas hydrocarbon plants and offshore assets encompassing piping, structures and machinery. We are leading several Joint Industry projects in this area to develop improved screening and assessment techniques and were involved in the development of the industry standard EI Guidelines for Avoidance of Vibration Induced Fatigue Failure in Process piping Systems (the EI AVIFF Guidelines).
Atmospheric Emissions Lead - Aberdeen or London
Xodus is looking to engage an experienced Principal Environmental Consultant to help lead atmospheric emissions management and compliance projects support, and associated environmental engineering projects.
LEAD Compliance Consultant – UK
Reporting to the Compliance Lead you will be a member of the global Environment team. You will be responsible for preparing a range of UKCS oil and gas permits and consents primarily in the oil and gas industry as well as undertaking quality assurance of permits in line with Xodus Group procedures.
