Description
Helix ESG and AGR formed a special purpose company entitled ‘FPSO Shiraz Pty. Ltd (FPSL) to convert the former Royal Australian Navy supply tanker ‘Westralia’ into an FPSO. The purpose of the FPSO is to provide prospective clients with a ready-made facility as an early production system, extended well test facility, or as a production facility for marginal field developments.
