Head of Geoscience
Location: Aberdeen
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong technical background in either Geology or Geophysics to lead Xodus’ entire Geoscience capability, worldwide. You will have been exposed to managing single and multi-disciplinary teams and will be experienced with integrating Geoscience work streams and other subsurface activities to deliver complete technical solutions across the whole E&P sector.
You will be well versed in resource management and have the business development acumen to drive and lead the growth of a newly established team. As part of the Wells & Subsurface Division you will play a key role in establishing and growing a new and vibrant business within a company with an outstanding reputation for quality.
With an Operating company and/or consultancy background you will have the capability to think strategically and have the drive and ambition to help create the Wells & Subsurface consultancy of choice, worldwide. You will be qualified to degree level and will have established yourself with a reputation amongst your contemporaries as a leader in your field.

Head of Reservoir
Location: Aberdeen
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong technical background in Reservoir Engineering or a related discipline to lead Xodus’ entire Reservoir Engineering capability, worldwide. You will have experience managing single and multi-disciplinary teams and will be fully familiar with integrating petroleum engineering work streams with other subsurface activities to deliver complete technical solutions across the entire E&P sector.

Head of Wells
Location: Aberdeen
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong technical background in Petroleum and Well Technology to lead Xodus’ entire Wells capability, worldwide. You will have been exposed to a wide variety of petroleum engineering challenges in your career spanning all key business areas of exploration, production and development.
You will have experience managing single and multi-disciplinary teams and will be fully familiar with integrating well and petroleum engineering work streams with other subsurface activities to deliver complete technical solutions across the entire E&P sector. Ideally you will have been exposed to a range of technical areas including formation damage issues, well inflow performance enhancement , sand management, artificial lift production optimisation, flow assurance and completion design.
You will be well versed in resource management and have the business development acumen to drive and lead the growth of a newly established team. As part of the Wells & Subsurface Division you will play a key role in establishing and growing a new and vibrant business within an existing company with an outstanding reputation for quality.
