PON15 Alerts and Reports
PonTRAX alerts provide a configurable traffic light system which gives reminders for key events which occur during the PON15 lifecycle. PonTRAX also enables a user to have these alerts automatically emailed to them. PonTRAX also provides a number of generic and custom reports and graphs. |

PON15 Preparation
PON15 preparation in PonTRAX is achieved via our user-friendly web based interface with a number of time saving features including templates and automated calculations. PonTRAX also provides a comprehensive system to safely manage all variations and updates. |

PON15 Submission
PonTRAX will allow you to automatically produce complete PON15 permit applications as required by BERR. These can be exported into Microsoft Excel and Word or PDF format with functionality to enable the user to export directly in to the UK Oil Portal via an approved POSC XML standard. |

Chemical Tracking
Chemical tracking in PonTRAX allows for the daily logging of chemicals which are automatically linked to the currently active permit, providing a robust and configurable warning system for permit non-compliance and with filters and search tools to help the user. PonTRAX also enables the user to automatically produce a range of graphs and reports for chemical use and discharge data. |

CEFAS Comparison
PonTRAX enables the user to compare previous CEFAS Ranked Lists of Approved Chemicals so that chemical expiry, change in template etc. can be identified for approved and in-progress permits. |

EEMS Submission
EEMS (Environmental Emissions Monitoring System) submission reports can be automatically generated from up-to-date information directly from the PonTRAX Chemical Tracker. These reports can be exported directly into the EEMS portal system or to Microsoft Excel and Word or PDF format. |

Audit Trail
PonTRAX provides a full audit trail including history of user access, validation and update history, all data entry and deletions. PonTRAX also provides a historic database for all historic PON15 submissions and associated files.
Risk Assessment
PonTRAX functionality can be expanded to include the risk assessment of chemical discharge indicating if a discharge may have impact on the marine environment. The risk assessment forms the basis of the PON15 approval process. Risk assessment tools are used for decision making and include Osborne-Adams for pipeline discharges and the CHARM calculator. |

UK Oil Portal Interface
PonTRAX will utilise POSC approved XML to export chemical information directly into the UK Oil Portal Interface. BERR plan to implement XML upload functionality for chemical tables into the UK Oil Portal eliminating the requirement to manually enter chemicals information. PonTRAX will provide a seamless interface between these two systems reducing time spent on permit preparation and ensuring data consistency. |
