Important information about your booking
A place will be reserved for you on the course once a completed registration form is received by us. We will acknowledge receipt of the form by e-mail to the address provided.
We will issue an invoice for the full course fee of £750 (plus VAT) upon receipt of this form.
Our payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to refuse attendance to the course or non-issuance of course certificates in the event of late payment.
Travel, accommodation and other expenses are not included in the course fee; attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements although we will offer assistance and can normally secure discounted rates for hotels where a course is being held – please contact us for more information.
Lunch and refreshments during the course are included in the course fee.
We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time. In the event of cancellation, delegates will be given the option of being booked onto the next available course or receiving a full refund of any payment made.
Xodus Group will accept no responsibility for travel or accommodation charges incurred as a result of the cancellation of a course. Xodus Group liability is limited to the value of any registration fee paid.
Delegates who withdraw from the course once registered and who do not register for an alternative course will be charged in accordance with the following schedule:
– Cancellation more than 8 weeks before start date: No charge
– Cancellation 4-8 weeks before start date: 25% of course fees
– Cancellation 2-4 weeks before start date: 50% of course fees
– Cancellation less than 2 weeks of start date: 75% of course fees
– Failure to attend without notification: 90% course fees
Delegates may transfer their registration to another member of their organisation (i.e. with the same invoicing details) at any time prior to the course commencement without incurring fees for withdrawal. In this eventuality, delegates must inform at the earliest opportunity of the new delegate’s details.
Course certificates will be issued only once all payment has been received and the course successfully completed, comprising an exam and continuous assessment stages.
