Project Delivery
The Xodus business model is built on the integrated delivery of key disciplines that allow us to add value through project stages from concept to decommissioning. During the project execution stage Xodus subsea services benefit from an integrated team where the technical support personnel work closely with the project team enhancing the team’s capability to handle the many technical and schedule hurdles which often arise.
For this reason we undertake project execution work following set procedures embedded within our QMS ensuring the key discipline engineers are working in a single project environment with the project execution team. This integrated environment ensures technical issues can be raised and addressed quickly helping to deliver projects on schedule. There is also the added advantage here that the key discipline personnel provide continuity to the project from the pre-FEED and FEED stages, whilst the execution team is formed.
