The latest addition to the impressive capabilities of the Xodus e-field monitoring application XPLORE includes the launch of a powerful on-line calculation advisor.
At the heart of XPLORE is XDM (Xodus Data Manager) which, as well as controlling all data flow, houses a powerful calculation engine. This provides calculations for various XPLORE modules including for example compression, hydrocyclones, pumps, and separation.
The on-line calculation advisor, developed by the Xodus Technology Division, provides the user with a real-time or historical view of the specific calculations carried out by the XDM calculation engine via the standard XPLORE user interface. This allows the user to verify all inputs and the results of the calculations, as well as the connectivity between calculations in either real-time or at any point in history.
