Xodus has automated existing software to more rigorously analyse plant operating conditions and improve equipment performance. A recent investigation of a major offshore gas platform employed this analytical technique and demonstrated significantly improved compression train efficiency whilst avoiding re-wheel costs. Taking this a step further we can combine our traditional calculation tools into a bespoke problem solving analytical sequence, significantly reducing the time and cost of analysis whilst improving client visibility of the proposed solution.

Not only can we identify optimal operating performance, our visualization techniques are providing operators with low cost dashboards that monitor system trends and identify points of degradation. These dashboards can be retro-fitted to new and existing / older plants at a fraction of traditional industry software systems.
