PROVIDING INTEGRATED TECHNICAL CAPABILITY IN A WAY OUR CLIENT HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE, TO DELIVER THE WINNING DESIGN.

We supported our client by delivering a Pre-FEED Topsides design scope to a very tight, 11 week schedule. The complexities of this study included; 

  • Multiple external interfaces; 
    • Client based in Norway;  
    • Engineering partner working in Singapore; and 
    • The Project based in Western Australia; 
  • Delivering in a global pandemic, meaning everyone was remote from each other. 

Our unique global capability, alongside our highly experienced Project Managers, is what allowed us to deliver this project on time and on budget. Our team had to juggle both the large range of disciplines this scope required, and also balance the needs of multiple external parties.  

The teams clever thinking and integrated approach meant nothing was designed in isolation. This, combined with our agile can-do approach to working across time zones, in a highly pressurised environment due to the schedule, ensured our design was exactly what was needed for the winning bid.
