This unique study led to the creation of a series of reports which provides the first overview of Nature Inclusive Design (NID) measures and their potential for incorporation in offshore wind in Scotland.

As part of this work, our team also developed a Mitigation Measures Good Practice Library which includes commentary on the efficacy and applicability of mitigation measures to the Scottish offshore wind industry.

The outputs created, seek to provide steer to developers and contribute towards reducing consenting risk while minimising the offshore wind industry’s environmental impact, which is hugely important for the industry right now.
