Stuart is an accomplished engineering leader with over two decades of experience in energy.  He has advanced through both technical and leadership roles and is now  focused on establishing Xodus as a leading advisor in the ever-changing energy sector.  

Gemma has supported Xodus throughout its growth journey. She is now responsible for ensuring financial compliance and keeping a strong focus on performance by leading and providing information on Xodus finances and supporting its continued growth.

Elliot is involved in a wide array of projects and initiatives across the industry drawing on his experience and the broad range of experts in Xodus to provide technical and commercial advice and support to our Clients.

With over 20 years in offshore, onshore, oil, gas, LNG and alternative energies, Simon has a passion for developing people in a team environment and maintains a broad range of experience across business development, new technologies and industry trends.

Kader leads business growth and strategic initiatives across the Americas, leveraging his extensive energy sector experience from conventional to clean energy. His career spans commercial and analytical roles with energy operators and consultancies throughout the US and Europe, with project experience across multiple regions.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the offshore energy sector. He is responsible for developing and delivering group strategy, alongside accountability for key operational and growth areas including Evolv Energies, the Middle East Region, digital and technology, and group business development.

With over 20 years’ extensive HR experience across the UK and internationally, Julia leads the development and delivery of the Xodus people strategy. She has accountability for global HR operational delivery and for embedding a strong, consistent people culture that supports sustainable business performance and growth.

An environmental specialist with over 20 years of experience, Rebecca has a wide range of ecological, biodiversity and sustainability experience gained across various industries and is responsible for strategic direction and support to Clients.

With over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector, Caragh has a broad and multidisciplinary technical base covering electrical, mechanical, process and safety engineering. Caragh has worked in and with all parts of Xodus since she joined in 2005.

With experience in operations, integrity, strategy, field development and execute support, Mike leads on the operating issues our Clients experience from the complex to the day to day across the energy transition.

A believer in the power of innovative design-led GIS capability to promote holistic thinking, integrated decision-making and impactful communications, James is responsible for the strategic direction of geospatial technology and expertise across Xodus.

Olivier has 20 years experience in financial services and investment management for the energy market. He supports client technical due diligence and assesses commercial viability of early-stage project development or new markets.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Andrew brings a huge range of experience from policy and decommissioning to advisory and offshore wind. In his role, Andrew is  responsible for the strategic direction of our offshore wind offering across Xodus.
